Any memory or keepsake items for sale on this website are not toys and are for display purposes only.

Once the item has been made it will be shipped using a tracked courier. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items sent to embrace memories and gifts arrive safely and in good condition. 

If by any chance the item of clothing is deemed unsuitable for use, it will be returned at the customers expense, and a replacement will be requested.

Any ashes to be used MUST be provided in a SEALED container suitable to be placed directly in the memory item. 

If a customer cancels an order when the items of materials are in the company’s possession they will be returned at the customer’s expense. Which will be deducted from the refund. 

All items sent to the company sent to the company is at the owner’s risk.

The customer is liable for any loss or damage while it is in transit or possession of the company. This includes loss or damage caused by fire and/or theft. 

The time scale for each order will vary and a waiting list will be in place. The customer will be given an estimated date of completion and will be updated of any difficulties, delays or unexpected circumstances during the production process. 

In regard to personalisation, the information the customer provides will be used and it is their responsibility to ensure that it is correct.

The customer will be contacted if any problems/obstacles occur during the production process and will be asked if they wish the company to continue. 

The sizes of the products listed are estimates and may vary slightly due to the nature of the work.

Products may differ slightly then the images provided due to the nature of the work. If the product is not as the customer pictured it, the company cannot accept any responsibility, and a refund will NOT be given. 

Any leftover items of clothing/ blankets/ bedding will be sent for recycling unless otherwise requested by the customer. 

If the item is faulty, the customer has 14 days to report it.

Once the materials have been cut, it cannot be sewn back together. 

Memory items are wipe clean only.

Payment is to be made in full at the time of ordering. 

Once production is started no refund will be given upon cancellation.
